This float glass is then cut to the desired size and shape using an automatic cutting machine, often embedded with diamond dust to ensure clean and accurate cuts.
Polishing and Cleaning

Silvering Process

Determine placement on the wall and use stud finder to mark locations of studs.
Measure and mark height from floor and width on wall where mirror will be installed.
For frameless mirrors, apply silicone adhesive evenly across the back. For framed mirrors, install D-rings and picture wire on the back.
Lift the mirror in place against the wall and insert screws into marked stud points. For drywall, use anchors first before inserting screws.
Check level alignment and use wedges beneath the mirror for precise adjustment. Tighten all screws fully once positioned.
Allow silicone adhesive to fully cure for frameless mirrors before use - generally 24-48 hours time frame.
